- Pan India Delivery: We deliver across India via trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery may take 3–10 working days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for all orders.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or email.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food and dry fruits), returns are not accepted once the package is opened or used.
However, we understand that issues may occur. We offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
Eligible for Replacement or Refund:
1. Damaged or tampered packaging on arrival
2. Wrong product received
3. Quality issues (e.g., stale or spoiled products)
Conditions for Claim:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and the outer packaging as proof.
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- We will initiate a free replacement within 24 hours and deliver it within 3-4 days. Any issue, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days
